Our application allows you to input a list of songs and automatically adds them to a Spotify playlist of your choice or creates a new playlist if specified.

2. Using Our Service

• Spotify Account: To use our service, you must authenticate your Spotify account. By doing so, you grant us permission to manage your playlists and add songs on your behalf.
• Song Input: You provide a list of songs in a specific format (e.g., song 1, song 2, song 3). Our app will automate the process of adding these songs to your chosen playlist.
• Clerk for Authentication: We use Clerk to manage user sessions and authentication, ensuring secure access to your Spotify account while using our service.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate song information. We are not liable for incorrect or incomplete song data. You must ensure that you have the necessary rights to add songs to your Spotify account and agree to comply with Spotify's Terms of Service.

4. Limitation of Liability

We cannot guarantee that every song in your provided list will be available on Spotify. If a song cannot be found, it will not be added to the playlist. We also cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the service.

5. Termination of Service

You may stop using the service at any time by revoking our application's access to your Spotify account. We reserve the right to terminate your access to our service at our discretion.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. If changes are made, we will notify you through our app.
